We all know Rich loves a good 24-hour suffer-fest! However, in his latest venture, the Arizona classic '24 hours in the Old El Pueblo', he took things a step too far and landed himself in hospital with a severe case of Exertional Rhabdomyolysis. Not good news by any estimation, but he's ok, back in the UK and on strict 'low exertional' presenting duties for the foreseeable future. It's hard to keep a good human-sized spaniel down after all! He's joining Martyn in the shed this week to discuss Rhabdo and have a well-deserved sit-down.
