Why Have Specialized Built A Full Suspension Gravel Bike?! | Diverge STR
Specialized have released a brand new gravel bike, named the 2023 Diverge STR. Built to be a long distance racer, this bike is the first ever Specialized to incorporate rear suspension in a gravel package. The idea was to suspend the rider above the terrain enabling them to power along the rough stuff while keeping the rider in comfort and limiting fatigue. However, does the new concept work? Well, Sam Gupta took the bike to his local trails to put the Diverge STR though it's paces and find out if it's all a bit of a gimmick.
